One of our favorite games in the Need for Speed series is getting a reboot this fall, as EA plans to release an overhauled version of Need for Speed: Most Wanted. The rebooted racer’s being developed by Criterion Games, best known for its outstanding Burnout series. Today, EA released an all-new video showing gameplay from Need for Speed: Most Wanted, which you can watch below.
The new Need for Speed: Most Wanted gameplay video — called “Find It. Drive It.” — is the third in a series that shows that title’s open-world gameplay. In NFS: Most Wanted, all the cars are open from the beginning of the game, meaning if you can find it, you can drive it. Hence the clever name of the video below. The action starts in an Aston Martin V12 Vantage, before it quickly moves on to a Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG Black Series from a Jackspot. Mods are then added using the EasyDrive menu, instantly giving you a boost over the competition.
Since the game’s open world in format, it’s not surprising to hear that gamers will receive custom events and challenges, but also see personalised billboards that feature the face of the friend who tops the Most Wanted list.
Anyway, on to the video:
