There are some new deals from the Amazon App Store
this week for Halloween, with the discounts being available for a variety of apps. Since the App Store discounts are tied to Halloween, it should be no surprise that there are several spooky apps included on the list. The notable ones for DailyGame readers, though, relate to games from Big Fish Games, G5, 2K Games, Sega and more.
Amazon App Store users can immediately enjoy the deals below, which kicked off yesterday and run through Saturday (Nov. 2). The complete list of Halloween deals include:

- Magicians Handbook – $4.99 to $0.99
- Nightmares from the Deep: The Cursed Heart (Full) – $4.99 to $0.99
- Lost Souls – $4.99 to $0.99
- NBA 2K14 – $7.99-$4.99
- Breach & Clear – $1.99 to $0.99
- Big Fish Games – all titles $0.99:

In light of the impending NBA season tipoff, you may be particularly interested in the NBA 2K14 for Kindle Fire. NBA 2K14 is the latest installment of the world’s biggest NBA video game franchise. With more than 38 Sports Game of the Year and “Best Of” mentions last year on console, 2K14 is set to rule the virtual hardwood on Amazon Kindle. And yes, as you can see above, it’s been discounted as part of Amazon’s Halloween promo.
Keep in mind that the references above are specifically listing the games and/or publishers, but the App Store deals for Halloween are in effect for almost all apps, including productivity and entertainment apps. But in all honesty, that’s probably the type of thing you do on a standard computer. We all know those portable devices are best for games, right?
