With Disney/Pixar’s WALL*E set to hit theaters this week, THQ has shipped WALL*E The Video Game to retail. The WALL*E game has a SKU for literally every platform, including PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2, PSP, DS, PC and, yes, Macintosh.
As you may recall from our hands-on WALL*E preview, players take on the role of both WALL*E and EVE as they make their way through levels inspired by relive some of the movie’s most memorable moments. The game also includes head-to-head multiplayer challenges unique for each system.
In addition to the movie-based levels and plot points, WALL*E the game contains new story lines and environments that movie-goers will not see in theaters.
WALL*E costs $49.99 (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii), $39.99 (PS2), $29.99 (PSP, Nintendo DS) or $19.99 (Games for Windows, Mac), depending on your platform of choice.
