As illegal logging destroyed the Bornean orangutans’ last stronghold in the wild, the 35 classmates of Forest School 103 at the Nyaru Menteng Orangutan Rescue and Rehabilitation Center were re-introduced to life in the wild on a protected island in Indonesia. Challenged to form their own society and learn how to live free, the orangutans are part of the largest primate rescue project in the world. In Orangutan Island, viewers can follow the precious primates as they try to live together in a community. And in this contest, you can win one of five copies of the DVD.
