Posted on the Playstation blog this morning, Michael Shorrock, director of third-party relations at SCEA, states that Take-Two Entertainment is working on a new franchise that will be exclusive to the PS3. He states, “Rockstar really wanted to make a game that you can truly only do on PS3, harnessing the power of CELL and Blu-ray disc and this deal lets them do just that..”
Whether or not this will lead to breaking any new ground remains to be seen. While this announcement is intruiging there still is no word on a title or type of game Rockstar plans on making.
