GameTap has just expanded its partnership with Codemasters to bring all new Codemasters titles to GameTap’s PC-download service on the same day those games ship to retail stores.
As part of the deal, GameTap will feature Codemasters’ recently released 2007 games, including DiRT and Overlord, as well as select upcoming titles including Clive Barker’s Jericho and Turning Point: Fall of Liberty, in both the subscription service and on the ad-supported Web site on an exclusive basis. Codemasters’ games will also be sold in GameTap’s new online digital retail storefront.
With this new deal, virtually the entire Codemasters catalog will now be available to GameTap Gold Level members for unlimited subscription play well into the next decade.
