Ubisoft has shipped Assassin’s Creed Revelations for Xbox 360 and PS3, the final chapter in the journey of master assassin Ezio Auditore in an age-old war between Assassins and Templars. In addition to the single-player campaign, Assassin’s Creed Revelations also includes a full competitive multiplayer mode.
In Assassin’s Creed Revelations, master assassin Ezio Auditore walks in the footsteps of the legendary assassin Altair. The perilous path takes Ezio to Constantinople, the heart of the Ottoman Empire, where a growing army of Templars threatens to destabilize the region.
Online multiplayer elements also return, refined and expanded with more modes, more maps and more characters that allow players to test their assassin skills against others from around the world.
Also releasing today is a CGI short movie called Assassin’s Creed Embers, which expands on the final chapter of Ezio’s life and a journey that has spanned more than four decades. The animated short, will be available with the Assassin’s Creed Revelations Animus Edition, with the Collector Edition, and via digital download on both Xbox Live and PlayStation Network.
