One of the most anticipated games on Sony’s PS3 is LittleBigPlanet, a title that essentially lets players create their own platforming game using environmental elements. Today, Majesco unveiled a game that should do the same thing for the Nintendo DS, but on a different scale.
Called Marker Man Adventures, the DS game is based on drawing and physics challenges and has players maneuver a stick figure named Marker Man through 150 scrolling world puzzles in his attempt to find his best friend, Doodle Dog.
Players use the Touch Screen and stylus to draw geometric shapes-including lines, circles, boxes, triangles and pivot points-to create simple machines that help Marker Man advance through levels from point A to point B.
Gamers must solve these intricate puzzles in several different types of environments, underwater, outer space and and ice-themed level. Each level will be open to three difficulty modes and will feature hidden areas.
Marker Man Adventures for Nintendo DS is expected to release this holiday season.
