The video game world is teeming with titles that let players create their own content. From cars to characters to entire levels, user-generated content has swept the landscape in recent years, and it was really kickstarted by Sony’s LittleBigPlanet. When Microsoft unveiled the Xbox One, it knew it needed a “LBP killer,” so it unveiled Project Spark. Knowing that many gamers own at least one console and a computer, we thought our readers might like the chance to win Project Spark for free on either the Xbox One or PC.
Project Spark lets gamers download other players’ created levels. It also lets them create their own levels. But creating levels in Project Spark is much more advanced than in other games. Rather than just placing objects, Project Spark lets gamers create logic and “AI light” behaviors for certain avatars and objects, essentially letting people create their own entire games.
Though Project Spark hasn’t had nearly the positive press as a game like LittleBigPlanet, it’s no less impressive for what it allows gamers to create. But, people may still be on the fence about it, which is why we’ve decided to run this contest for a free copy of Project Spark, with the redemption code usable on either an Xbox One or a Windows PC.
To enter to win Project Spark for free on either the Xbox One or PC, simply complete and submit the entry form below by 11:59pm PST on April 30, 2015. This contest is open to anyone worldwide. Entries can be submitted once per day per email address. Winners will be randomly chosen. Odds of winning vary based on the number of entries received and can be increased by coming back to enter every day and/or with different email addresses. Remember to check out all our other free contests. Good luck!
