The Nancy Drew series of books has appeared interactively on PC for a while, but never has it jumped to the console realm. Today, Sega decided to change all that, announcing that it will bring Nancy Drew: The White Wolf of Icicle Creek to the Wii this October.
Nancy Drew: The White Wolf of Icicle Creek finds Nancy Drew in the middle of the Canadian Rockies to investigate several suspicious accidents occurring at Chantal’s Icicle Creek Lodge. An eerie wolf’s howl has been haunting guests at night, and Nancy — being the ace sleuth that she is — starts to wonder whether the accidents and wolf are connected.
Assuming the role of Nancy Drew, players embark on a mystery adventure involving intricate puzzles and gameplay that’s dependent upon a variety of gesture-based mini-games, all played with the Wii Remote.
Nancy Drew: The White Wolf of Icicle Creek will be available this October for $29.95.
