The singing and dancing games continue to push onto Xbox Kinect and PlayStation Move, with 505 Games announcing today that a game based on the classic “Grease” movies is coming to both motion-sensing platforms this fall. The Grease game for Kinect and PlayStation Move is being billed as “the ultimate singing and dancing Grease experience.”
Grease will let gamers participate in the classic movie’s choreography and songs, including iconic tunes like “You’re the One That I Want,” “Greased Lightning” and “Summer Nights.” Grease will allow players to sing or dance as a solo act, in a duet or with three other players for a four-player musical performance.
All told, Grease for Xbox Kinect and PlayStation Move will include 15 song compositions from the original film plus five bonus classic rock ‘n’ roll tracks not associated with the movie.
In terms of gameplay modes, Grease will have a Dance Mode and Karaoke Mode, both of which will have versus and co-operative play, as well as a cooperative eight-player Party Mode involving two teams of four players (two dancers and two singers).
