February is the month of Presidents and Lovers, but Hallmark and non-Americans really only care about the latter. Romantics only care about the latter as well, as they live for cande-light dinners, long-stemmed red roses and everything else that comes with Valentine’s Day. The concepts of unrequited love and romance are nothing new, as Jane Austen wrote about those issues (and others) in each of her novels. Consequently, the movie adaptations of Jane Austen’s books have found quite a following, which makes our newest giveaway oh-so-appropriate for Valentine’s Day.
This contest will give three lucky winners a DVD copy of Jane Austen’s Persuasion. This is a classic Jane Austen tale, so we thought running this contest through Valentine’s night would be the best way to do it justice.
This contest is open to all entrants worldwide who are 18 years old or older. Simply complete and submit “>the entry form so we can send you your DVD if you win. As always, this is a daily entry sweepstakes per email address. The contest ends at 11:59pm PST on Feb. 14, 2008 (Valentine’s Day). Winners will be chosen at random and notified via e-mail. Good luck!
