If you missed out on the initial launch of Squishy Fruit for iPhone and iPad, that may not be a bad thing. The developer today announced that Squishy Fruit is available for free — for a limited time only, of course.
“We are absolutely thrilled by the response to Squishy Fruit. It also highlighted to us the large number of game enthusiasts who are missing out on all the fun and enjoyment the game offers,” said Ben Flux, CEO of CMG Labs. “This limited-time free download will allow the legions of iPhone and iPad users worldwide as well as friends of the earliest ‘squishers’ to experience what the hype is all about. More the number of challengers vying for that coveted Master Squisher Of The World title, the merrier it will be and of course, greater the glory.”
Squishy Fruit, which made its worldwide premiere on the App Store and the Android Marketplace 7 days ago, offers a heady mix of fun, creativity and competitive challenges. The game tests a host of skills across age groups while providing users some wholesome entertainment. The game sounds and looks very simple: gamers simply have to squish fruit, maggots and flies that come at them relentlessly; however, the pace and increasing levels of challenges present a true test of skill while the specially-created sound effects create the right atmosphere for a more intriguing battle. To cater to various age groups and skill levels, Squishy Fruit is already available with more than 30 levels for users to challenge themselves with. New enhancements and add-on packs including more competitive levels, more things to squish and additional game play modes are in the works.
