The new PS3 game Swords & Soldiers, which recently launched on the PlayStation Network, has just received PlayStation Move support, Sony announced today. The news comes, oddly enough, on the same day Sony unveiled that it’s sold more than 4 million PlayStation Move units since the hardware’s launch two months ago.
Swords & Soldiers released on the PlayStation Network a few weeks ago, a strategic action game that features three unique factions, 30 levels, customizable skirmishes, three arcade-style score-based challenges and local and online multiplayer. A new patch released today adds Move support so players can navigate the menus and gameplay using the Move’s cursor function.
The game’s control schemes can also be mixed up on a single PS3, and playing a game online via the PlayStation Move does not limit you from playing against someone who is not using the Move.
Other enhancements in today’s patch include some balancing between the three factions, most notably the Vikings getting slightly stronger and the Chinese slightly slower.
