We now have a release date for Ubisoft’s next Old-West game, Call of Juarez Gunslinger. The game will be available to download on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on May 22. The game will sell for $14.99 as a downloadable console title and will release on PC through digital and retail channels.
Worth noting for PC owners: the PC digital version — if you pre-order it — will give you immediate full access to the second game in the Call Of Juarez series, Call Of Juarez Bound in Blood. Bound in Blood is a great game; we recommend you read our Bound in Blood review.
Call of Juarez Gunslinger is a real homage to the Wild West tales and era. Players will live the journey of Silas Greaves, a ruthless bounty hunter who spent his life on the trail of the West’s most notorious outlaws. Now it’s Silas’ turn to tell his story, which is linked to the history of the Wild West era: a mix of myths and historical facts.
Made of memorable encounters with some of the West’s most notorious names such as Pat Garret, Jesse James and Butch Cassidy, the game lets players encounter some of the greatest legends of the Old West.
