Watch Dogs will release next week as one of the most-anticipated multiplatform next-gen games to date. Naturally, Ubisoft is tapping into that excitement by offering a Watch Dogs Season Pass that gives owners discounted Watch Dogs DLC. The setup operates much as one would expect, but if you’ve not heard the Watch Dogs Season Pass details, we’ve got them here for your review.
The Watch Dogs Season Pass gives players access to a unique single-player story featuring T-Bone, the brilliant but eccentric hacker. It’s intriguing to see a new stand-alone Watch Dogs story available so quickly with the main game. The core Watch Dogs game follows the exploits of a hacker named Aiden Pearce.
Other Watch Dogs Season Pass details include access to a new Digital Trip game mode called Conspiracy!; an exclusive Untouchables Pack; plus new single-player missions, weapons, outfits and more.
Conspiracy! is a new “Digital Trip” game mode that lets players hunt down cyborgs in a mind-bending alternate game universe. The “Untouchables Pack,” which in North America is exclusive to the Watch Dogs Season Pass, pays homage to classic Chicago mobster films with an M1 SMG weapon and a 1920s mobster outfit.
Season Pass holders will also get one-week early access to all included Watch Dogs add-on content.
The Watch Dogs Season Pass will cost $19.99 across all platforms for which the game is available: PlayStation 4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Windows PC. Taken together, this DLC would cost 25% more if purchased on a stand-alone basis than if you pony up for the Watch Dogs Season Pass.
Watch Dogs ships on May 27.
